I am thankful, as I am everyday. But today, there were more layoffs at the Principal. 75 more people is now unempolyed. At the Principal Bank, where I am we were spared, and I am glad. I actually like my job, in Operations. Even though I was suppose to get off at 2 today, I left at 2:30 due to a trainning session. Sometimes I feel that I worked with folks that really do not get certain things. Things that I think is a no brainer, others think it is so hard.
Another thing that I am thankful for is that when Millie came home, we actually shared the responsibilty of cooking supper. We had Red Beans and Rice, with And. sausage. Millie also offered to split her cand bar (babe ruth) with me. That was nice of her.
I received my package for my Slumber Party today. I am excited about having this party, for the women that I work with. They seems to be excited about coming.
Swine Flu is the talk of the world. We shouldn't panic, we should just wash our hands.
